Welcome to the Oregon Nurse Retention Project (ONRP) website!. We created this site with the support of a grant from the Northwest Health Foundation to the Department of Psychology at Portland State University. Today, the ONRP is a collaborative research program composed of Occupational Health Psychology researchers at Clemson University, Social and Industrial Psychologists from Portland State University, and staff from the Oregon Nurses Association. The purpose of this web site is to disseminate information about our team, share the results of our research, and provide additional research tools and resources to those seeking a better understanding of retention issues in health care.
